These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of DMA.SALE, at https://dma.sale (“the site” or “we”). The site sells time-limited licenses to use digital software. By registering, placing an order, paying, or using a delivered license, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy published with them. If you do not agree, do not register or buy.

These terms are published in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. The three versions have the same meaning. If they differ, the Simplified Chinese version controls.

1. The service

You are buying a limited license to use software. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a physical product. The product page states the software, the license length, and the price. Lengths are usually 1, 7, or 30 days, as shown on that page when you place the order. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

We deliver a license key as described on the product page. We do not provide custom development, on-site work, or open-ended support beyond what that page describes.

2. Accounts

Use an email address you can receive mail at, and choose a strong password. The account is for you only. You are responsible for orders, keys, and actions under it.

We may limit or close an account for false information, payment fraud or a chargeback, resale or public sharing of a key, an attack on the site, or a breach of these terms.

3. Orders and payment

The amount is the price shown when you submit the order, including any discount then in effect. An unpaid order expires after about 15 minutes. You will need to place it again.

Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose. An order is paid when we receive that result. For a delay, a failure, or a duplicate charge caused by a bank, a network, or the provider, contact that provider as well. If we actually collected twice, we will check and return the extra product price.

If you pay with a site balance, that amount is deducted from the balance and recorded on the account.

4. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the license key is normally shown on the order automatically. The license is delivered when the key is shown there. Save it. You can view your orders by signing in with the same account. We do not have to resend a key indefinitely through some other channel.

5. License

Once you have paid and the license has not ended, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software during the license period.

A key is for you alone. Do not sell, rent, lend, give away, or publish it.
A license may be bound to one device. Whether it can be unbound depends on what the service can do at the time. We do not promise that unbinding is available, or how many times it can be done.
Do not crack the software, bypass the license check, or reverse engineer it in order to evade the license. Do not interfere with orders or delivery on the site.

6. The license period

The length is the number of days stated on the product page. Unless that page says otherwise, time runs continuously from the moment the key is shown to you. Time is not paused or extended because you have not installed the software, because a device or network is unavailable, or because a third-party platform changes.

7. Compatibility and your responsibility

Whether the software runs on your device, system, or a third-party platform depends on those environments. A third-party platform may update, restrict, or prohibit software at any time. We do not promise that the software will keep working, that it will remain compatible with any third-party platform, or that it will produce any particular result. If a third-party update, maintenance window, or rule change stops the software from working, that is not a failure to deliver.

You are responsible for making sure that buying and using the software complies with the law where you are, and with the rules of any third-party platform you use. You bear any third-party penalty, account restriction, or other dispute that results from your use.

8. Refunds

If we have not shown you the key, you may ask for the product price of that order back.

Once the key is shown on the order, the digital content has been delivered. After that, a refund is available only when the key cannot be activated at all because of us, and you have not used the license. Contact us through the original order, from the account that placed it, within 30 days after the order is completed, and include the order number. Requests after 30 days are not accepted.

No refund is due if you change your mind or choose the wrong option; if the license was activated or used; if your device, system, or network is incompatible; if a third-party platform updates, restricts, or penalizes you; if you break these terms; or if the key was shared, transferred, or published.

A refund covers the refundable product price only. Whether a payment-provider fee comes back depends on that provider. A refund goes to the original payment method, or to your site balance, whichever we can complete at the time.

9. Prohibited use

Do not use a false identity, someone else’s payment method, or a chargeback or other fraud to obtain a license.
Do not resell keys, or use the site as a supply channel for other people.
Do not attack, scan, or disrupt the site, or try to view another person’s orders or keys.
Do not use the site or the software for activity that breaks applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The pages, name, marks, and product descriptions on the site are protected. Copyright and other rights in the software remain with their owners. You receive only the limited right of use described in these terms.

11. Disclaimer and cap

To the extent applicable law allows, the site and the software are provided as they are and as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, interruption, a third-party penalty, or other indirect loss. For any one order, our total liability is limited to the product price you actually paid for that order. Liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit still remains.

12. Changes, suspension, and ending access

We may change products, prices, payment methods, and these terms, and we will update the effective date on this page. If you keep buying or using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms. An order already delivered is still fulfilled as the product page described at delivery. Refunds, accounts, and prohibited use follow the updated terms.

Maintenance, faults, an interruption in our supply, or a security issue may pause the site or delivery. If you materially break these terms, we may stop delivery, revoke an unused license, and close the account. The portion already used is not refunded.

13. Other terms

If one term is unenforceable, the rest still apply. Not enforcing a right once does not waive it.

If there is a dispute, we will try to resolve it with you first. If that fails, mandatory law that applies to the transaction decides how it is handled. These terms do not name a court in advance.
